The Future is Female is expanding to a half day workshop! We will begin with our usual panel of female investors, all from different backgrounds and on varying journeys but with the common denominator of real estate investing. Based on the last four amazing events, we know this panel will inspire and motivate you!
But this time, we won't leave you wanting more. Straight after the panel, we'll dive into mini workshops where you can learn from these women exactly how they got started and how they got to where they are now. Plus, what they learned along the way and what you can do to protect yourself.
We've even included some time for you to grab a drink and network.
Tickets are available now. Be sure to grab one for a friend too, because the proceeds will all be benefiting the Women and Children’s Center of the Sierra. Whether you are single or married, a homeowner or future homeowner – this event will give you tangible strategies and steps you can take right now to start using real estate to build wealth and financial security.
NOTE: You may use your ticket to attend in person or via Zoom. There will be a recording of the Zoom sent out to all ticket purchasers.

Meet the Panelists

Ann Hall is a local attorney, though she'll be speaking about her experience as – you guessed it – a big time real estate investor. She owns 38 units right here in Reno/Sparks and is active in the market. Her experience is always one of the highlights of the event.
Amelia is a Reno native. She has remodeled properties, built properties from the ground up, managed properties, personally and professional bought and sold properties. Her why behind it all is family. “I want my children to grow up loving Northern Nevada the way I do. I also want every tenant to have a positive experience here too, which is why I always make sure to invest in my investments.”
Kathleen has lived in Reno for 58 years and worked in real estate 18 of those years. She currently manages 75 rental properties and personally owns 2. She is deeply rooted and passionate about the local community, beyond real estate.
Kaci Janson is a single mom and full-time real estate investor with 115 properties in the US, focusing mainly on multifamily. Recently she has converted some units into short term rentals for traveling medical staff. In her free time, she helps run a local dog rescue, pick rocks out of the washing machine and avoids legos in the night like a ninja!
